The organization has contracted elderly housing management to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of elderly housing management. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to ehm for employees who work on-site at the organization's apartment facility. Ehm provides all management, accounting, and maintenance to the property.
