“Sga's members consist of full-time, undergraduate students of rowan university having paid the student activity fee. For the purpose of determining membership, "full-time" is defined as being enrolled for the minimum number of credits for the current academic semester as defined by rowan university standards.”

“The governing body is elected by the student body of rowan university. Any vacancies during a normal term of office are filled by a majority vote of the rowan university sga student senate.”
