THE STUDY PROVIDES GUIDELINES FOR BOTH SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS FOR THE COMMITTEE TO USE. THIS STUDY ALSO INCORPORATES OTHER KEY POSITIONS, WHICH ARE REVIEWED BY THE COMMITTEE. THE CEO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE OTHER KEY EMPLOYEE'S ANNUAL EVALUATION, ESTABLISHING GOALS AND SETTING COMPENSATION. THE CEO ALSO UTILIZES THE THIRD PARTY COMPENSATION STUDY IN ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION LEVELS FOR KEY EMPLOYEES.
