Episcopal community housing provides management services responsible for day-to-day operations including marketing and resident processing, maintenance and repairs, rent collection and accounting duties, tenant relations and lease enforcement, as outline in the management agreement. All salaries, employee benefits, and payroll taxes are reimbursed by the company to the management agent to pay for services provided by its employees.
