Rental and housing management duties have been delegated to oneonta housing authority. The authority handles all management activities including marketing of rental units, collection of rents, enforcement of leases, maintenance, recordkeeping, etc. As per the management agreement. Services are performed by employees of oneonta housing authority and all wages, benefits and payroll taxes reported by the organization are reimbursements to the authority.
