“Anna K. Vorsteg, CEO was hired by the Organization in March of 2025. Where she served as an officer for a portion of the Organization's fiscal year, she is listed on Form 990, Part VII as a current officer as required. Further, where compensation on Part VII is based on the calendar year that falls within the Organization's fiscal year (i.e. calendar year 2024) and Ms. Vorsteg was not employed with the Organization until 2025, there is no corresponding compensation information for Ms. Vorsteg disclosed on Form 990 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.”

“In 1982, Cross Roads House was established to meet the immediate needs of homeless individuals and families in the NH Seacoast area and to create pathways to affordable housing. We provide emergency and transitional shelter housing-focused case management and wrap around services at our location in Portsmouth. In 2016, to reduce recidivism and prevent eviction of those who moved to permanent housing, we began providing housing stability case management. This is an extension of our in-house case management and cares for 80+ households per year in the area. We also have a HUD-funded, tenant-based permanent supportive housing program that provides rental assistance and supportive services. To further support creating pathways to affordable housing, in 2022 we added a Housing Liaison to our team. This position connects with area landlords and property owners to address the challenges of placement into affordable housing in a highly priced and highly competitive rental housing market.”
