Mission

The organization was established by the supreme court of pennsylvania to reimburse clients who have suffered a loss of money or other property as a result of the dishonest conduct of pennsylvania attorneys. The fund is a remedy for clients who are unable to obtain reimbursement from other sources, such as third parties or the attorney involved.
