The organization has entered into a management agreement, approved by hud, with crm rental management, inc. To provide management services for the project. Management fees have been computed at a rate of 5.5% of gross rental collections. Management fees of $23,926 were expensed for the current fiscal year. The management arrangement has been approved by the board of directors.
