(the "corporation") is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of new jersey and is exempt from federal income taxes under internal revenue code 501(c)(3).the corporation operates a seven-unit housing project, number 031-eh054 (the "project"), in midland park, new jersey. The project is supported primarily by tenant rental payments and rental supplement payments from the united states department of housing and urban development ("hud").the corporation is also subject to a section 8 housing assistance payments contract with hud, and a significant portion of the corporation's rental income is received from hud.
