The project is a 95 unit apartment project for the elderly located in passaic, nj. The project is operated under section 202 of the national housing act and regulated by the us department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and operating methods.

Members of the corporation may be any citizen of the united states of majority age, interested in the extension of the objectives of the corporation, who has duly executed and filed an application for membership which has been approved by majority vote of the board of directors, shall be considered a voting member of the general membership of the corporation. No member shall have the right to more than one vote on any issued, motion or resolution at any general, annual or special meeting.
