Form 990, Part IX, Line 5

For 2012, the officer's compensation is allocated between the discovery center and a related organization. The related organization reimburses the discovery center for their portion of certain employees salaries, payroll taxes and benefits. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The organization believes the financial statements are free of any uncertain tax positions. As of december 31, 2013, the tax years ended december 31, 2010 and thereafter remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions.
