Additionally, the building corporations financial information was audited and incorporated into the consolidated financial statements of the related union, also dated december 31, 2024.

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require that management of the local to evaluate tax positions taken by the local and recognize a tax liability if the organization has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the internal revenue service. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the local, and has concluded that at december 31, 2024, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The local is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any period in progress. Management believes that the local is no longer subject to income tax examination for the years prior to december 31, 2021.
