Mission

To aid and assist in the development of housing in the state of new jersey, city of trenton, with considerations given only to low and moderate income elderly, 62 years and older, and handicapped persons, to assist them by providing social programs, activities and connections to social agencies, that will enable them to have a longer social and independent life.

The organization is the custodian for refundable security deposits collected

PART X, LINE 2:

U.s. Gaap requires management to evaluate tax positions taken by the company and recognize a tax liability if the company has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management evaluated the company's tax positions and concluded that the company had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The company did not record any interest or penalties on uncertain tax positions in the accompanying balance sheet as of december 31, 2017, or in the accompanying statement of operations for the year then ended. If the company were to incur any income tax liability in the future, interest on any income tax liability would be reported as interest expense and penalties on any income tax liability would be reported as income taxes.
