Compensation of staff officers, all senior vice presidents and key employees was reviewed by outside consulting firm and hr using data as to comparable compensation, documenting decisons regarding compensation arrangments. All salary adjustments and bonus awards must be documented using the appropriate form available from the human resources department, which must be approved and signed by the employee department head and the president & ceo before submission to the human resource department for final approval and processing by the accounting department. The president's contract is approved by the board of directors on an annual basis.
