“1. To look after the physical, mental and social welfare of its members;2. To promote good fellowship;3. To promote the interest of its members in athletics;4. To provide opportunities for its members to participate in athletic pursuits;5. To sponsor and conduct worthwhile athletic programs within the Borough of Glen Rock and elsewhere;6. To carry on the long-standing traditions and customs of the Club and to provide leadership, enthusiasm and guidance to members of theClub and the community; and7. “Each individual regular member of the Club, who is considered in good standing, as defined herein, at the time of said vote, shall be entitled to one vote.”

“Election of Officers and Trustees shall take place at the annual meeting of the Club held in January. All nominations may be made from the floor at this time. After the Trustees have been elected they shall elect the Officers of the Club unless a proper motion is made from the floor and carried by majority vote, that all qualified regular members shall vote for the officers of the Club.”

“Ten percent (10%) of the regular membership, in good standing at the time of the meeting, of the Club shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of the Club except where otherwise provided herein.”

All officers must be regular members of the Club and shall have been a regular member of the Club for at least two (2) full years preceding running for office (by way of example, if a member is voted to membership in July of year one, they are not eligible to hold office until January of year four, when officers are elected). No members shall be eligible to hold office should they not be considered in good standing as defined herein the time of election.”

“All non personnel files shall be open to the public as requested”

“Dues are posteed in Club membershop documents and will be paid on a fimely basis by all members. The same goes for payment for food or beverages that are purchased”

“Treasurer It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to receive all money from whatever source and to give a receipt thereof. He shall keep a current account of the amounts and purposes of all receipts and disbursements, and generally perform his duties and office in such manners as directed by the Board of Trustees. The financial transactions incident to the office of the Treasurer shall at all times be subject to the approval, authority, as ratification of the Board of Trustees in order to be binding on the Club.”
