“For part of the year, Robert McHugh (President) was employed by Cheryl Pappa (Director).”

“The Jersey Aero Club admits members through an application and acceptance process. An individual wishing to join the club must submit a completed application. The application is then read and voted on at a meeting of the membership. Assuming an affirmative vote to accept at that meeting, the individual is then considered a club member until their resignation or expulsion.”

“Members of the governing body are elected annually. Some seats are up for election each year while others have 2-year terms. Each regular member of the club in good standing is permitted to vote in the election.”

“Certain governance decisions must be voted on by a quorum of regular members in good standing. Examples of such items are: Acceptance of applications as members, acceptance of resignations, expulsions of regular members, and changes to bylaws.”

“Committees are advisory only.”

“IRS filings are reviewed and approved by the club's governing body prior to their submission.”

“The club's governing documents are available on the club's public website, www.jerseyaeroclub.org. The club's policies and financial statements are available upon request from a member of the public.”

“$-5000 -- A cash contribution of $5000 was made to the club for the purpose of offsetting the labor cost of a capital improvement. This amount was included in Part VIII Line 1f but was not realized as income on the organization's books, rather it was used to reduce the cost basis of the improvement. $-1 -- Rounding errors”
