IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM: THERE WERE 208 CLIENTS SEEN IN THE CLINIC WITH 466 IMMUNIZATIONS ADMINISTERED.TUBERCULOSIS (TB) PROGRAM: THERE WERE 53 DIRECT OBSERVATIONS OF CLIENTS' THERAPY SEEN IN THE HOME AND 1,409 WERE SKYPE VISITS OR FACE TIME FOR A TOTAL OF 1,462 ENCOUNTERS. SPECIAL CHILD HEALTH SERVICES: THERE WERE 620 REFERRALS, 742 YEARLY AVERAGE OF ACTIVE CASES, 7,073 DIRECT CONTACTS BY TELEPHONE, LETTERS OR EMAIL. FLU: THERE WERE 826 FLU IMMUNIZATIONS GIVEN AT 23 SITES IN BURLINGTON COUNTY. ARCH PROGRAM (ACCESS TO REPRODUCTIVE CARE AND HIV SERVICES) 951 CLIENTS SEEN, 28 PLACE INTO TREATMENT, 717 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED NARCAN TRAINING AND NARCAN KITS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS. FENTANYL TEST STRIPS WERE GIVEN 396 AND 19 REPORTED NARCAN SAVES. COVID VACCINES GIVEN, 236 GIVEN AND 134 CLINICS COMPLETED. HIV TESTING AT THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY: 387 SEEN, 144 TESTED, ALL NEGATIVE RESULTS. |
