One representative board position for landowner is split between a husband and wife. They both attend board meetings and council functions but only have one vote.One board member is also a county fair board member.

The board reviews and approves monthly financial statements and will be provided annual financial statements and the 990. The board reviews the 990 prior to submission.

Board members sign a conflict of interest policy annually. These are kept in council files and are available to the public upon request.

The CRWC Board manages and supervises the Executive Director position including conducting annual performance evaluations, establishing improvement plans and annual objectives, and approves all salary adjustments.
