| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc | 0 | SRM partnered with UYWI, an organization that networks groups of youth organizations and ministries in multiple urban regions across the United States, to organize 2 two-week Christian residential camping experiences in the Sierra mountains near Yosemite National Park. UYWI provided 263 campers from 9 different youth ministry organizations to send boys and girls from low-income and at-risk families to these "XLR8" camps. UYWI also planned the program that provided outdoor experiences that grow life skills, character, relationships, and faith for youth to thrive. The total of 263 campers included children, youth, and staff/volunteers. |

| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc | 0 | Star Rock Ministries provided grants for the benefit of 4 exempt organizations to send 58 children from under-resourced and military families to join 4 different two-week Christian camping experiences. SRM calls these "woven" camp experiences because these campers join together with other campers from their area and age group whose families pay for them to attend regular camp sessions. 2 of the programmed experiences were for 34 boys and girls aged 8-16 located at a residential camp in the Sierra mountains near Yosemite, where they could grow in life skills, character, relationships, and faith. The other two programmed experiences were for 24 boys and girls aged 5-10 from military families to join in a southern California 2-week day-camp experience with counselors, outdoor activities, faith lessons, skills training, and character building. |
