“All policies of the foundation for enhancing commnuities (foundation) apply to tfec properties, inc. The conflict of interest policy is in the foundation's by-laws at article xiii, in the relationship with applicants section of the employee handbook, and in policy statements adopted by the board of directors. The foundation's governing document, by-laws, articles of incorporation, and policy statements are available upon request from the foundation's president. The foundation distributes an annual report which contains financial information, and its financial statements to donors, fundholders and interested persons.”
