Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization currently evaluate all tax positions, and makes a determination regarding the likelihood of those positions being upheld under review. The primary tax positions made by the organization are the existence of unrelated business income tax and the organization's tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code and the fact that changes may result from closing of statute of limitations on tax returns, new legislation, and clarification of existing legislation through government pronouncements, the courts, and through the examination process. For the years presented, the organization has not recognized any tax benefits or loss contingencies for uncertain tax positions based on these evaluations.
