Mission and Program Overview

Mission

OUR MISSION: In the three countries, Nigeria, Chad, and Niger, where we work, is first to provide clean water wells to the poorest, poverty-stricken areas for people who have never had access to clean water before. Our mission is also to provide health care where possible for people who have no access to health care, with an emphasis on maternity care for women and children who are the most vulnerable in these areas. A school established in 2011 in Chad is currently providing an education to 1,400 students of all ages. Our primary goal is for everyone to know Christ as Savior. Our ministry is to the whole person, physically and spiritually.

Our staff of 12 includes two full-time nurses and a full-time midwife. Immunizations were also provided to children in the villages that surround our center. Soura, Niger. A new health center was built here with plans to open in 2022. The center will be the first of its kind in this area of Niger and will be available to the 400 children who attend our school as well as thousands of others from the greater Soura area.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0ORPHAN CARE: We provide financial, health care, and educational support for 125 orphans in Dono-Manga, Chad. A new Orphan Dormitory was built to allow orphans who live a long distance from our schools to have a place to live during the week to enable them to attend EDUCATION: Dono-Manga, Chad. Enrollment in our Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary schools increased to 1,210. Two additional school buildings were built containing 4 classrooms. Three additional buildings are planned for 2022 that will contain an additional 6 classrooms. We only provide partial financial support for our 26 teachers as locals are taking more personal responsibility each year.
