On october 1, 2013, the organization entered into an agreement to provide managerial and administrative services to centro public improvement district and centro alliance san antonio.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 5

On november 9, 2017, the organization discovered that it had been subject to severe fraudulent acts by their bookkeeper, including a fake audit and fraudulent checks written totaling 291,390. The cost of the fraud and legal fees were 350,000. The organization was able to recover 100,000 from an insurance settlement. The balance was written off.
