IMPACT AWARDS Young Professionals of Knoxville's annual Impact Awards honors local organizations and individuals who are impacting young professionals in all aspects of our community and provide an opportunity to recognize leaders in the Knoxville community, network with other professionals. The 2024 Impact Awards included a formal dinner and program with 75 attendees, recognized over 30 different award nominees (including 9 businesses and community organizations) selected by committee, and recognized 9 award recipients (6 individual, 3 business/organization) selected by vote of general membership. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS Young Professionals of Knoxville held 4 general membership meetings (GMMs), quarterly throughout 2024. The intent was to clarify the organization's leadership structure and improve delegation of tasks and duties.
