“Board Members receive an emailed copy of the 990 , prior to filing, however, at the request of certain donors, they do not receive a copy of Schedule B listing the donors names, addresses and dollar amount of donation.”
“The organization is a fairly simplistic organization that purchases food from the Local Food Bank and supplemts from other sources as necessary. The food is then distributed to people in need. Our vendors are few and pertain to maintenance items as needed. We do not have substantial purchases nor do we have a need to enter into long term contracts. All major decisions are discussed at the board meetings as well as any potential conflicts of interest,if applicable to the decision.”
“Due to continued Covid restroctopm in early 2021 the organization did not take in non cash contributions. In July 2021 the clothing center poriton of the business moved into a new location and remained closed for clothing donations through the end of 2021. Non cash contributions during 2021 were nominal.”
