A change in the organizations conflict of interest policy directs staff to "identify possible classes of board membership based on contractual relationships between companies that employ the board member and companies for which the member is a board member, and to research board powers that might be reserved for board members of particular identified classes." all personnel, contractors and members of the board of directors are provided training and guidance on conflicts of interest, and required to disclose any interest that could give rise to conflicts on an annual basis. The human resources and legal departments review and enforce compliance as necessary.
