The organization recognizes interest and penalties related to uncertain tax positions in management and administrative expenses. For the year ended june 30, 2025, the organization has not recognized any interest or penalties in its statement of activities. The organization is no longer subject to federal, state or local income tax examinations by tax authorities for the years prior to the fiscal year ended june 30, 2022. The organization is not currently under examination by any taxing jurisdiction.”
