Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The Vermont Technology Alliance is a non-profit business association dedicated to supporting and promoting Vermonts technology industry, expanding technology jobs and technology businesses in the state, and advocating policies that strengthen Vermonts technology business sector. The organization does this by creating opportunities for collaboration and networking, sponsoring programs, events and special projects, and by providing outreach, information and support to government, business and education leaders.

The vermont software developers alliance (dba the vermont technology alliance - vtta) is a non-profit business association with a mission to support, promote, and grow technology-focused businesses and jobs in vermont. The vtta has approximately 200 members from throughout the state ranging from startups to established companies, including businesses and organizations that work with and support the tech sector. The vtta works to attract a tech workforce to the state; advocates on behalf of the vermont technology business sector, hosts events and networking opportunities, shares vermont tech news and events through its communications channels, and provides business support for vermont's tech community.
