The information on the form 990 is compared to the audited financial statements line by line. Supplemental information which does not appear in the audited financial statements are compared to the source documentation which was prepared for the form 990 preparer. All of the other questions are reviewed for accuracy. After the form 990 is approved by the chief financial officer or controller, the ceo and the board of directors reviews the form 990 and will approve it for submission.”

As a result of the merger, all assets were transferred to and liabilities assumed by sheltering arms children and family services, inc.”
