Part XII, Line 1

Mission and Programs: Our mission is to strengthen families and empower children by providing a high-quality Pre-Kindergarten program, academic tutorial services, need-based scholarships, and a community food bank. These programs advance educational success, reduce food insecurity, and create equitable opportunities for lifelong growth and stability. Pre-Kindergarten Program: The Pre-K program delivers developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills standards. Student growth is monitored through ongoing observations and formal assessments. Most students perform at grade-level expectations, while others perform above or below benchmarks. Individualized learning plans, small-group support, and targeted instruction address each childs needs and ensure measurable progress toward school readiness and successful matriculation into elementary school. Scholarship Program: Need-based scholarships provide financial support to families who might otherwise lack access to educational services. Scholarships help remove financial barriers to participation in Pre-K and academic tutorial programs, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities and supporting each students academic growth. Revenue and Oversight: Program service revenue, including tuition, program fees, and grants, is used exclusively to support program operations. The Board of Directors reviews program outcomes, financial reports, and the Form 990 prior to filing to ensure accountability, compliance, and alignment with the organizations mission.

Part XII, Line 2C

The organization currently does not have a written conflict of interest policy. The Board is aware of the importance of such a policy and intends to adopt one in the near future. The organization currently does not have a formal written whistleblower policy. The Board recognizes the importance of such a policy for protecting individuals who report suspected wrongdoing and intend to adopt one in the near future. The organization makes its governing documents, and financial statements available to the public upon request. Requests may be made by contacting the organizations main office via phone, email, or in person. Additionally, the organization provides copies of its Form 990 to interested parties and posts the form on its website when applicable.

IRS990/Desc0During the tax year, the organizations academic tutorial program served 25 students, providing individualized instruction, mentoring, and skill-building support. All 25 participants successfully passed their courses. Of these, 10 students graduated from high school and were accepted into colleges and universities, each receiving merit-based scholarships in recognition of their academic achievements. The remaining students advanced to the next grade level with strengthened academic skills, enhanced self-advocacy, and improved ability to communicate effectively with teachers and peers. This program demonstrates measurable success in promoting educational achievement, personal growth, and college readiness among participating youth.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0The organizations Pre-Kindergarten program provides high-quality early childhood education designed to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond. Instruction is aligned with the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills to support development in early literacy, numeracy, language, and social-emotional learning. Through developmentally appropriate instruction, hands-on learning, and structured play, students build the foundational skills necessary for long-term academic achievement. Student growth is monitored through ongoing observations and developmental assessments that measure progress toward school readiness benchmarks. Assessment results consistently demonstrate that the majority of students perform at grade-level expectations, while others perform above or below benchmark levels. Individualized learning plans, differentiated instruction, and targeted small-group support are implemented to address each childs needs and promote measurable improvement. These practices ensure that all learners experience meaningful growth and are well prepared for successful matriculation into elementary school.
