“Team beast multisport club is served by volunteer coaches who provide group training and advice to members. The coaches also organize clinics in subjects including running form, nutrition, sports psychology, cycling basics, swimming mechanics, bicycle maintenance, training in the elements, open water swimming, strength training, stretching, triathlon transition, training using heart rate monitors, hydration and running shoe selection. The club organizes training sessions and social events for members and works with other cycling and running organizations in southeast iowa to promote multisport activity.”

“Team beast organizes the beaster bunny race and easter egg hunt and the burlington youth triathlon. The races helps the organization to promote a health lifestyle and the sport of triathlon and the multisport lifestyle to citizens in southeast iowa and throughout the midwest united states. Community residents volunteer to help with the races and the events receive coverage in local newspapers, helping the organization to further promote multip-sport.”

“Team beast youth represents the organization's efforts to form a youth club for youth under 15 who are interested in triathlon. The organization has three volunteer usa triathlon certified coaches that work specifically to promote the sport of triathlon to youth in southeast iowa.”
