Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The organizations conflict of interest policy covers directors, officers and members of committees with governing board-delegated powers (interested persons). Interested persons must disclose the existence of any interest which could give rise to a conflict of interest. After disclosure of material facts and discussion, the interested person must leave the board or committee meeting and the remaining board or committee members shall decide if a conflict of interest exists. After exercising due diligence, the governing board or committee will determine whether the organization can obtain with reasonable efforts a more advantageous transaction from a person that would not give rise to a conflict of interest. If a more advantageous transaction is not reasonably possible, the governing board or committee will determine by majority vote of the disinterested directors whether the transaction is in the organizations best interest, for its own benefit, and whether it is fair and reasonable. It shall then make its decision as to whether to enter into the transaction. Within 30 days after they are elected or appointed, each director, officer, and member of a committee with governing board delegated powers shall sign a statement which affirms she/he has received a copy of the policy, has read and understands the policy and agrees to comply with the policy.

CHILDREN LEARN A VARIETY OF INFORMATION RANGING FROM THE DIET AND REQUIRED TO CARE FOR THESE ANIMALS TO BEHAVIORS AND INTERESTING FACTS. MANY SCHOOLS ENJOY VISITING OUR ANIMAL FAMILY AT THE RANCH.
