Elliott Mantell is the executive director of the organization and as such is also an employee. He is also the property owner of one of the properties that the center leases. He is also the managing member of two (2) LLCs that the center also leases and the managing member of another LLC that the center used to lease but not longer does. All leases are based upon the going rate of such commercial space and have been verified by an independent commercial leasing agent.Anne Pernichele is Ellliott Mantell's spouse and is an employee of the center. Elliott Mantell and Anne Pernichele have purchased life and/or disability insurance from Leonard Sussman in the past.

Elliott Mantell and Anne Pernichele have purchased life and/or disability insurance from Leonard Sussman in the past.
