“USCAN, Inc has adopted the Financial Accounting Standards Board FASB ASC 740-10 Income Taxes, which requires an assessment of uncertainty in income taxes and certain financial statement disclosures relating to unrecognized tax benefits. For the year ended June 30, 2015 USCAN, Inc. has documented its consideration of FASB ASC 740-10 and determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclose in the financial statements.”
