“The association is owned by its member entities as defined within its bylaws. No part of the income or assets of the association shall inure to the benefit or be distributable to its directors, officers, members or other private persons upon the dissolution of the organization. Assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of irc secion 501(c)(6).”

Represent the interests of the wcda and water industry in contacts with various federal and state government and regulatory agencies, legislative bodies, standards-setting groups, code-making bodies, and other trade organizations; e. Assist and educate existing and project owners and purchasers of all forms of collaborative project delivery to become more knowledgeable about the use of best practices in procuring and completing water projects; and f. Do all lawful acts and things necessary to properly promote and protect the welfare of the industry and advance the legitimate common interests of the wcda.”
