Our primary goal is to provide opportunities that produce a lasting positive effect in the quality of life of people and communities in need. By helping people in need through works of love and compassion, Humanitarian Wave embraces a movement toward advancing the well being of humanity as a whole.

Program Service Accomplishments 2013In 2013, Humanitarian Wave continues running programs in the following countries: Mexico, United States and Uruguay.In 2013 Humanitarian Wave continued to support it's projects in: Mexico and Uruguay. United States support was through local organizations in their efforts to provide food, clothing, and shelter for people in need during the holidays.Mexico:For the year 2013, Humanitarian Wave continued to develop its efforts in the community of Troncones and the communities of Los Llanos and La Saladita. Azulita Project:One of the accomplishments for 2013 was the Azulita Project's Community Recycling Center. The Azulita Project is a grass roots community initiative in the communities of Los Llanos and Playa Saladita. The initiative focuses on the environment and the eduction and empowerment of the community. Through Humanitarian Wave's fundraising efforts, and in partnership with the Azulita Project community members, a recycling plastics compressor was purchased. The project's goal is to create a recycling program in the community that will create a self-supporting local enterprise and promote far-reaching environmental and social impact in the region.Friends of Sirena Scholarships:Humanitarian Wave continued the support of the Friends of Sirena Scholarship program. Three girls from the community of Troncones were able to continue their eduction at the high school level. This scholarship helps finance the education of three girls in the community of Troncones.Troncones School Transportation Program:This program provides funding to cover the cost of school transportation for children of the community of Troncones in an effort to help further their eduction. Thanks to this program 15 kids from the community were able to continue their high school eduction. Uruguay: In 2013 Humanitarian Wave continued its support of the Marindia Youth Center. This program helps provide education and food to a youth center providing support to over 70 children and their families in the community of Marindia. Funding was provided to strengthen the organic agriculture program and greenhouse project.$27,484-
