We did not pay the CEO salary for his services in this capacity in 2024. Our CEO/ Board President volunteered in this capacity for 2024 to keep expenses down. This is valued at approximately $53,335. The CEO was only paid for clocked-in administrative time or clinican time related to patient care as he was also a Licensed acupuncturist at our Storefront Wellness center. In that capacity, for "Clinician" time, he earned a flat minimum of $20/hr + 40% commission on what patients paid for their services on our sliding scale after the cost of his hourly. For "Administrative" time, he received only the flat $20 hourly. This was separately calculated so that the Administrative time did not affect the expense of his hourly against clinician service commissions. This was considered FAR below market value and is the same compensation formula used for ALL the providers on our clinical team. This salary totaled $13,865 in 2024.

IRS990/Desc0Storefront: Our Storefront wellness center lies on a busy street in the heart of a district known for live music community events. We are along the footprint of the annual Adams Avenue Street Fair, Adams Ave Unplugged, and Art Around Adams (on hiatus since Pandemic.) During each of these larger events we host and curate a stage of music in our parking lot and offer tours and sample sessions with our providers. We feel music is one of the greatest healing forces in this World and like combining music with healing at every opportunity. Our organization began years ago with a Healing Arts Festival in San Diego's Balboa Park and these mini-festivals allow us to go back to our roots in the community's music scene. This year we brought different artists together for free live performances while promoting our other programs and outreach efforts to hundreds of attendees and guests.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0Free Clinic: In 2024, our Free "Integrative Health Nights" program operated for 4 hours each week in a local community center offsite space. There we provided approx. 1600 free holistic health services including over 550 acupuncture sessions, 290 massages, 200 chiropractic sessions, and approx. 350 Naturopathic Medical consults. We provided workforce training for over 50 indiviual student interns from Pacific College of Health Science, Bastyr University, Crawford High School and others. We employed 2 paid staff members for this program and about a dozen volunteers. We hope to ramp up our operations in the future to grow our programs and our capacity to serve the community even more.

We are along the footprint of the annual Adams Avenue Street Fair, Adams Ave Unplugged, and Art Around Adams (on hiatus since Pandemic.) During each of these larger events we host and curate a stage of music in our parking lot and offer tours and sample sessions with our providers. We feel music is one of the greatest healing forces in this World and like combining music with healing at every opportunity. Our organization began years ago with a Healing Arts Festival in San Diego's Balboa Park and these mini-festivals allow us to go back to our roots in the community's music scene. This year we brought different artists together for free live performances while promoting our other programs and outreach efforts to hundreds of attendees and guests.

The CEO was only paid for clocked-in administrative time or clinican time related to patient care as he was also a Licensed acupuncturist at our Storefront Wellness center. In that capacity, for "Clinician" time, he earned a flat minimum of $20/hr + 40% commission on what patients paid for their services on our sliding scale after the cost of his hourly. For "Administrative" time, he received only the flat $20 hourly. This was separately calculated so that the Administrative time did not affect the expense of his hourly against clinician service commissions. This was considered FAR below market value and is the same compensation formula used for ALL the providers on our clinical team. This salary totaled $13,865 in 2024.
