“First accomplishments. In 2024 we organized, trained and coached 18 youth teams (Ages 9 - 14), 10 high school age travel teams, and 10 high school age fall showcase teams. The emphasis to teach; the fundamentals of baseball, a strong work ethic, time management, the meaning of playing hard on every pitch, teamwork, character, personal responsibility, sportsmanship, how to deal with adversity and control emotions and how all of these relate to other aspects of life, including family, academics, and community. In addition, we place extra emphasis on the significance of good grades and high test scores and how all of these can impact (positively or negatively) their future opportunities in baseball, college and life. 400+ players participated with these 38 teams.”
