“The board is elected annually by the membership at the annual membership meeting. The by-laws of the organization give the elected board the authority to govern the organization.”

“The by-laws are approved by the membership and any changes to the by-laws require a majority approval by the full membership. The by-laws cannot be changed or modified by the board. During 2018, an adjustment to the by-laws of the organization was approved by the membership. Section 2 of the by-laws covering "dues and terms" was revised to state: membership shall be vested in the organization/entity/individual that is providing the annual dues payment. The membership year runs from january 1 through december 31. All applications for membership must be approved by the board of directors. Annual dues shall be determined by the board of directors and are payable in advance. The board of directors shall have the power to terminate membership if dues are not paid by march 1.”
