MR. DOMINGUEZ SIGNED A PROMMISSORY NOTE ON MARCH 21, 2011 IN WHICH HE AGREED TO PAY BACK THIS AMOUNT IN INSTALLMENTS ON SPECIFIC DATES. HE MADE TWO PAYMENTS AND DEFAULTED ON THE NOTE. THE SOUTH COUNTY COLLABORATIVE FILED SUIT TO RECOVER THE MONEY OWED TO IT ON NOVEMBER 16, 2011 IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT. A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT WAS FILED APRIL 12, 2012. WE CONTINUE TO PURSUE COLLECTION.OF THE TOTAL $52,629 $28,233 WAS FROM THE YEAR ENDED 6/30/10 AND $24,406 WAS FROM THE YEAR ENDED 6/30/11. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 6/30/11 TWO PAYMENTS OF $7,500 EACH WERE RECEIVED.
