Our zero suicide initiative trained 1216 members of the community, regardless of profession or experience with mental health, to recognize the signs of someone experiencing a suicide crisis. 144 mental, behavioral, and medical health professionals received advanced training on the recognition, assessment, and management of at-risk behavior and the delivery of effective clinical care for people with suicide risk. Our hendry, okeechobee and glades opioid consortium successfully trained and distributed 7200 doses of naloxone to law enforcement and the broader community. Our lifesaver program removed financial barriers helping more than 500 people receive quality treatment through scholarships. By expanding access to care, we invested in community health and helped individuals reclaim their lives from the grip of addiction.”
