History: carmella rose health foundation was founded in 2004 out of the desire to help patients and families navigate the healthcare system. As a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization based in cleveland, ohio, we help people access quality medical care during their healthcare journey.
Carmella rose health foundation's mission is to positively impact our community by connecting the underserved population to medical and social resources, eliminating barriers, and helping individuals navigate through their health care journey.
