We coordinate a regional homeless census, which in turn provides demographics on local homeless, and a picture of the complexity of the problem. We have worked closely with sarasota county. Plan development,outreach and education is achieved through public presentations, our website, e-newsletter, facebook, fact sheets, and resource guides through which we provide help to those homeless and at risk of being homeless to find services.”
