Ahma represents agents and owners of affordable housing in southern california, arizona and nevada. The organization is a liaison between its members and government agencies regulating the affordable housing industry in order to represent new policies or issues of interest and resolve problems in affordable housing. The organization also provides educational opportunities to agents and owners to solve common management problems and to help them fulfill their responsibilities to their affordable housing residents and to strive to improve the quality of their lives.”
