The form 990 is prepared and reviewed by an external accounting firm. Copies were provided for review by the foundation finance committee and then reviewed by the entire foundation board. Copies provided upon request.

The board of directors sign an annual conflict of interest statement and are reminded to disclose any updates on a quarterly basis. When a transaction arises during the year that is a conflict of interest, the person with the conflict steps out of the meeting. That person does not vote on the transaction.
