The evaluation process is in alignment with the following philosophy: clarity of and accountability to network goals and ceo's leadership & management of the system toward meeting those goals. The ceo's compensation is based on a comprehensive and inclusive feedback loop with the purpose of assessing the ceo's capabilities and the network's current and future needs.
