“The organization's 990 is reviewed and approved by the executive committee. After approval form 990 is distributed to the entire board. After board review and questions, if any, are answered, the 990 is signed by an officer and return is e-filed.”

“Any situation which may involve a conflict of interest or which may create the perception of a conflict of interest shall be promptly and fully disclosed to the president of the board of directors and in the case of the president of the board to the vice presidents. The president of the board of directors and the executive committee shall be routinely informed of any situation involving a conflict of interest which is disclosed to the station manager, the president of the board or the vice presidents of the board as provided above. In furtherance of the foregoing, a conflict of interest disclosure statement shall be submitted annually (and promptly upon involvement in any conflict of interest situation or prohibited transaction) by each member of the board of directors. All information disclosed shall be treated on a confidential basis except to the extent necessary for the protection of the interest of the organization and st louis public radio. The executive committee shall take such action as shall be reasonably necessary to protect the interest of the organization and st louis public radio.”

The mission of st louis public radio is to inform and provide a deeper understanding and appreciation of events, ideas and cultures for a more inspired and engaged public.”

“The organization solely supports st louis public radio (kwmu, kmst, wqub), a unit of the university of missouri. The board of directors, (1) approves the amounts and timing of fund transfers to st louis public radio and (2) reviews the budgets, interim and audited financial statements of st louis public radio.”
