Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Kaiizen is an all volunteer organization that plans humanitarian excursions to orphanages and vulnerable children projects in several countries. Our aim is mentor the volunteers we travel with while they serve and mentor the children we care for. We also create and support local mentoring projects in the countries we serve. We try to create lasting relationships and programs that support children leaving the orphanage system at age 18. Training locally is key to our core mission.
