“The primary purpose of the foundation is to operate in support of the greater monmouth chamber of commerce, or its successor in interest, in its educational and charitable programs and any other appropriate exempt purposes within the meaning of irc 170 (c)(2) or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code.”
