The organization has ceased all activities. Any assets remaining at the end of the fiscal year were transferred to the foundation for learnng and development, a 501(c)(3) qualified charity.”

“As a result of the school's board of directors having presented and approved a plan of liquidation, the school adotped the liquidation basis of accounting effective from january 12, 2015. The liquidation basis of accounting is required when liquidation is deemed imminent. Under the liquidation basis of accounting, assets are valued at their net realizable values and liabilities are state at their estimated settlement amounts.”
